Lauren, the studio director, is trained in jazz, tap, ballet and acrobatics. She has been dancing since the age of three and has extensive performance & competition experience, winning the title of Miss Senior Dance 2002 at Dance Caravan. Lauren has performed with Akjun Ballet Theater and has been on their faculty. During the 2008 competition season, Laurens contemporary jazz piece "Hyperballad" won "Best Choreography" and "highest scoring group" as well as numerous Platinum awards throughout the season. Lauren continues her training attending various master classes, conventions and with Dance Masters of America Certification Program.

Amber has over 30 years of dancing experience. A former competitive ballroom dancer with professional credits, she continues to train monthly with Ballroom Champions. Also trained in jazz, ballet, tap, and children's work, Amber has taught children for many years including, Special Education groups.

Lindsey has been dancing since the age of seven. She has trained in tap, jazz, lyrical, ballet and modern dance. Lindsey is a recent graduate of Hofstra University with a Bachelor of the Arts degree in Dance. She has worked with top teachers and choreographers as an Intern at Broadway Dance Center, in New York City. Lindsey has had the privilege of training with the dancers and choreographers of four professional modern dance companies through a Summer Intensive Program at NYU. Lindsey has also obtained her certification in Pilates Mat Instruction from Core Pilates, NYC.
